TRASHI: Trashigang is biggest district, It is rich of culture filled with sacred places. It contains the Kulong Chhu Wildlife Sanctuary, established in 1993, which itself is part of the larger Bumdeling Wildlife Sanctuary.
THIMPHU: The Kingdom’s capital city is home to approximately 100,000 inhabitants including the Royal family. Thimphu is the most modern city in Bhutan with all full of amenities i.e Internet Café, good restaurant with tasty food, shopping corners and nightclubs.
PUNAKHA: Punakha Dzongkhag is very famous for history. It is served as the capital of the country and National assembly was hosted in 1953. Punakha valley climate is very pleasant. In addition, it is built between two rivers, Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu; beautiful sight seen on Sunny days.
BUMTHANG: Bumthang one of the richest, historical and spiritual legacy. It is covered by four valleys: Chokhor, Tang, Chhume and Ura. Natural beauty the four valleys are blessed with some oldest Buddhist temple in the Kingdom and traditional home of Buddhist teacher Pema Linga. The main fertile is buckwheat, rice and potatoes.
Best time to visit: October to December and February to April. January is colder days.
